Original Watercolor - Dude Ranch Wrangler tells the story of a young woman wrangler from Montana working her way across the country. I found her at a famous dude ranch outside Phoenix, Arizona. Her stitched and pressed denim, bright yellow work gloves, colorful shirt and paisley scarf told the story of her travels and her work.

Original Watercolor - There is no greater joy than summer on the baseball diamond, especially if the hard work of the season has resulted in All Star status. This Boy of Summer can’t believe his good fortune as he proudly wears his new uniform and gets ready to play.

Original Watercolor - The Beard is a modern coming of age story. The Beard is a sign of manhood that virtually disappeared in the early part of the 20th Century. Facial hair is once again culturally acceptable but how many young men can display a worthy chin crop?

Original Watercolor - Artists never fail to surprise me with their stories and creation. Their worlds are colored with different professions, experiences, and gifts. This is what makes them see the world with a unique and inspiring POV.

Original Watercolor Painting - While working in the desert heat, it’s no fun to get surprised by the cactus needles, snakes, or other desert creatures. Not all surprises are scary. Sometimes the surprises can be a cactus bloom, a welcome monsoon shower or a cool desert morning. Enjoy the Surprise!
